Red Crane Studios is owned and operated by Workshop Properties LLC. We are invested in providing quality work studios to artists, makers and creative businesses in the Bay Area, where the availability and accessibility of space are in short supply. Located in Richmond, we are accessible both for East Bay residents as well as San Francisco residents, who can take a direct ferry to the area. We support our fellow local small businesses who provide services to the growing residential community.
