Bay Studios125 sqft - $350/monthThe Bay Studios are semi-private workspaces, all with an individual opening window, as well as security gates.

Lower Studio 2160 sqft - LEASEDLower Studio 2 has casement windows, polished concrete floors, and a door which opens to the main body of the warehouse, with windows facing the Bay Studios.

Lower Studio 3140 sqft - $600/monthLike all lower studios, Lower Studio 3 has casement windows and polished concrete floors. This studio also features an exposed steel beam, and a door into the main body of the warehouse.
